Atlantic City has become a home away from home for millions of gamblers since legalizing casinos in the 1970's. It's never become quite the vacation destination that Las Vegas is, but it still draws millions every year who come by car and bus to exercise their desire for a little risky fun. Legal restrictions have limited the number of casinos that have opened over the years but there's almost always somewhere you can sit down and play your favorite game. Finding a room in one of the casino hotels can be more of a problem, so you might want to consider some of the other convenient hotels as an option.
